No product may be returned without prior written approval from Zwants Supplies Engineering. Customers must contact our team and provide relevant order information, product details, and the reason for the return request before shipping any item back.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Return eligibility depends on the type of product ordered. Standard products may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom-built products, engineered solutions, special-order items, modified units, and application-specific products are generally non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Return Request Timeframe

Customers should submit any return request within a reasonable time after receiving the product. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the issue should be reported promptly upon receipt so that it can be reviewed and addressed.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and related materials, unless otherwise authorized. Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, improper handling, or incomplete packaging may be rejected or subject to reduced credit.

7. Restocking and Return Charges

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, evaluation charges, or other deductions depending on the product type, condition, and return circumstances. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error confirmed by Zwants Supplies Engineering.

8. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the returned product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Zwants Supplies Engineering is not responsible for damage occurring during unauthorized or improperly packaged return shipments.
